Welcome to Fusion Arts Studio of Performing Arts (“Fusion Arts,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website www.fusionarts.ca, registering for classes, or participating in our programs, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Enrollment and Registration

• Enrollment in classes or programs is subject to availability.

• A completed registration form and payment (deposit or full) must be received before a student’s place is confirmed.

• Parents/guardians are responsible for providing accurate information for students under 18.

2. Payments and Refunds

• Tuition fees must be paid in full by the due dates specified.

• Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension from classes until the account is settled.

• Refunds are granted only in cases of class cancellation by Fusion Arts, or at our sole discretion for special circumstances.

3. Class Policies

• Students are expected to arrive on time and prepared for class.

• Appropriate attire and footwear are required as outlined in Fusion Arts guidelines.

• Disruptive behavior may result in removal from class or termination of enrollment without refund.

4. Attendance and Cancellations

• Consistent attendance is encouraged to ensure progress and group cohesion.

• Fusion Arts reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low enrollment, instructor illness, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Weather-related cancellations will follow local safety advisories and may be rescheduled when possible.

5. Health and Safety

• Parents/guardians must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements.

• Participation is at the student’s own risk. By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of physical activity.

• Fusion Arts is not liable for injuries, accidents, or lost/damaged personal belongings.

6. Media Release

• By enrolling, you grant Fusion Arts permission to photograph or record students during classes, rehearsals, and events for promotional purposes (website, social media, print, etc.).

• If you do not consent, you must notify us in writing at the time of registration.

7. Intellectual Property

• All choreography, routines, and class materials remain the intellectual property of Fusion Arts.

• Students may not reproduce, share, or perform choreography outside of Fusion Arts programs without prior consent.

8. Website Use

• Content on fusionarts.ca is for personal, non-commercial use only.

• You agree not to copy, distribute, or misuse any material from our site without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Fusion Arts is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our programs or use of our website.

10. Amendments

Fusion Arts reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
